Why did TEXGHS host GHS Innovation Week 2022?
Infections and disease can spread rapidly and seemingly without warning in our globally connected world, putting people anywhere and everywhere at risk with little warning. Texas Global Health Security Innovation Consortium (TEXGHS) is a well-connected community of experts dedicated to confronting current and future global health threats by fueling invention, innovation and best practices and processes in disease control and prevention. We connect innovators with partners worldwide to help local health solutions make a global impact. Global Health Security Innovation Week 2022 offered a tangible way for TEXGHS to enact its mission and bring together a large global audience of health innovators and those leading in global health security efforts so that we may all learn from each other.
